National Maternal Mental Health Hotline
Call 1-833-TLC-MAMA for free, confidential 24-7 mental health support for moms and their families before, during, and after pregnancy. English- and Spanish-speaking counselors are available, as well as interpreter services for 60 other languages.
PSI-Massachusetts
If you or a loved one is suffering from emotional complications after a new baby, contact Postpartum Support International’s state Support Coordinators for help today.
MCPAP for Moms
Ask your doctor to support you with medication or refer you to a mental health professional with assistance from MCPAP for Moms. Your health care provider (OB/GYN, PCP, or psychiatric provider) can help you with mental health and/or substance use treatment through this real-time consultation and resource and referral program.
